Strength training for women is critical for mountain sports, but often misunderstood.

 

Too often I've seen women doing the wrong types of training, not reaching their full potential, burning out, or suffering unnecessary pain because they were following the “noise” online.

 

The Peak Week Challenge was built to help women gain traction with their training and LEARN how to train smarter while connecting with a community of other bad ass women who do rad shit in the mountains. 

 

Peak Week training sessions will blend strength, power, endurance, and mobility to help you learn how to build a SOLID foundation for summer adventures in the mountains :)

Peak Week Challenge Schedule 

Monday: Dynamic Lower Body Strength & POWER

Tuesday: Upper Body, Core, & Endurance


Wednesday: Mobility Vitamins 


Thursday: Full Body Strength & Stability 



Friday: PLAY + optional Endurance 
Today you will have the option to continue building your endurance foundation and/or go play outside. You can adjust this day based on how you feel at the end of the week.

FREE Workouts 

Workouts will be delivered via PDF with video guidance for each movement. Each session includes a warm-up, activation/CNS prep, power, strength, stability, and mobility work, with the structure changing depending on the day’s focus.

Questions

  • ITS FREE! Come hang, see how mountains athletes are meant to train, and challenge what you think your body is capable of! 

  • All of your training sessions will be accessible at your fingertips via the Everfitt app.  Through the app, athletes will receive feedback, log data, view progress, & plan for future training sessions. 

  • This training program is built for a full gym set up but you will be able to modify with an at home set up. Make sure to come to the kick-off call to learn about how to modify with the equipment you have!

    • A Lacrosse Ball

    • Dumbbells or Kettlebells

    • Box &/or Bench

    • Optional Pull Up Bar Access

  • ​The mobility sessions willl be about 15 minutes. The strength sessions could take 45 min-1 hour. 

  • ABSOLUTELY. 

     

    Making sure your form is dialed in is crucial to your success, which is why I've added in a coaching component where you can upload form videos and get direct feedback on a weekly basis.
