Strength training for women is critical for mountain sports, but often misunderstood.

Too many women are stuck doing the wrong kinds of workouts—not lifting heavy enough, doing too much, not hitting the right movements, or following the “noise” online—leading to little to no progress, burnout, and sometimes even injury.

The Peak Week Challenge was created to help women break through all the confusion and actually get results. This challenge will help you build momentum with your training while learning how to train smarter—not harder—alongside a community of badass women who are out here crushing it in the mountains.

In Peak Week, we’ll be blending strength, power, stability, and mobility work to teach you how to lay down a solid foundation for your summer adventures in the mountains.

Let’s stop the guesswork and start building the strength you need to conquer the outdoors and push your body beyond the limits of what you thought it was capable of.

Peak Week Challenge Schedule 

Monday: Explosive Leg Power

Build strong legs, glutes, and hips with dynamic, fast-paced lower body work. Think speed, strength, and serious trail power.

Tuesday: Core & Upper Body Grind

Stabilize, strengthen, and push endurance. Perfect for gear-haulin’ and trail-control. Double up or save the cardio for later.

Wednesday: Mobility Recharge

Recover smart. Stay loose, pain-free, and ready to crush the rest of the week.

 

Thursday: Total Body Lock-In
Train for full-body strength and stability. Be unshakable—on any terrain, in any condition.

Friday: Go Play Outside
Hike, run, explore—your choice. Build endurance while having fun. Optional bonus miles if you're feelin’ it.

Sunday: Gear Up + Win Stuff
Live giveaways, gear drops, and good vibes to keep you stoked for the week ahead.

FREE Workouts 

Workouts will be delivered via PDF with video guidance for each movement. Each session includes a warm-up, activation/CNS prep, power, strength, stability, and mobility work, with the structure changing depending on the day’s focus.

Questions

  • ITS FREE! Come hang, see how mountains athletes are meant to train, and challenge what you think your body is capable of! 

  • All of your training sessions will be accessible at your fingertips via the Everfitt app.  Through the app, athletes will receive feedback, log data, view progress, & plan for future training sessions. 

  • This training program is built for a full gym set up but you will be able to modify with an at home set up. Make sure to come to the kick-off call to learn about how to modify with the equipment you have!

    • A Lacrosse Ball

    • Dumbbells or Kettlebells

    • Box &/or Bench

    • Optional Pull Up Bar Access

  • ​The mobility sessions willl be about 15 minutes. The strength sessions could take 45 min-1 hour. 

  • ABSOLUTELY. 

     

    Making sure your form is dialed in is crucial to your success, which is why I've added in a coaching component where you can upload form videos and get direct feedback on a weekly basis.
