Meet Your Head Coach:
Liz Myers C.S.C.S

Liz brings years of experience as a head performance trainer and manager of a sport performance facility in Park City, Utah, where she worked with skiers and snowboarders across multiple disciplines, including both recreational and competitive athletes.

 

This experience laid the foundation for starting Mountain Edge Performance in 2020.

 

Before that, Liz, an East Coast native and JMU Kinesiology alumna, moved to Park City to work directly with snow sports athletes after earning her B.S. in Kinesiology and certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

While in Park City, Liz worked closely with skiers and snowboarders, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges athletes face, particularly after injuries. Having sustained her own injuries and working with athletes recovering from ACL tears, Liz realized how life-altering injuries can be. This inspired her to educate athletes on paths they can take to prevent pain, recover from injury, and optimize performance to be able to shred for life.

Now based in Salt Lake City, Liz continues to work with athletes both in person and remotely through her online training programs. Her specialties include injury prevention, movement education, return-to-snow rehabilitation, and performance optimization tailored to the unique demands of skiers and snowboarders.

 

When she's not working with athletes, Liz can be found skiing, snowboarding, skating, or running up mountains with her Aussie/Cattledog mix, Leo.
