Head Coach
Liz Myers
A JMU Kinesiology alumna and certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Liz moved from the East Coast to Park City to work directly with snow sports athletes. There she spent years as a head performance trainer and facility manager, coaching skiers and snowboarders at every level, from recreational to competitive.
That work, along with her own injuries and time coaching athletes through ACL recovery, showed Liz how life-altering these setbacks can be. It inspired her to help athletes prevent pain, recover fully, and optimize performance so they can shred for life. That mission led her to found Mountain Edge Performance in 2020.
Now based in Salt Lake City, Liz works with athletes in person and remotely through her online programs, specializing in injury prevention, movement education, return-to-snow rehab, and performance optimization built for the demands of skiers and snowboarders.

Performance Coach
Alex Wilson
Hi, I'm Alex. I help mountain athletes move better, get stronger, and stay healthy enough to keep doing the things they love — whether that's a big ski day, a fourteener, or just keeping up on the trail.
My coaching is backed by training theory and real-world experience: an M.S. in Sports Performance, CSCS, and CFSC Level 1 and 2. Before coaching mountain athletes, I spent three years training Division II collegiate athletes at Colorado School of Mines.
I'm also a Colorado native and retired competitive gymnast — so I know what it's like to push your body hard for years and come out the other side with the aches to prove it. That's exactly why I care about training that keeps you in the mountains, not sidelined from them.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Mtn Edge PRO
PRO is a real-time, group coaching membership on a seasonal cycle, built specifically for Northern Hemisphere mountain athletes. You'll start with the 12-week Mountain Ambition program, then continue with new programming I'll build to help carry your strength and power through summer and beyond. The goal: no gaps, no lost momentum between seasons. Cancel anytime.
Mtn Edge BASE
BASE is a self-directed membership similar to my former DIY programs. No fixed calendar, no group coaching. Get a library of programs you pick based on your season and goals. Mountain Ambition is available here as a standalone 12-week program. Finish it, then choose whatever comes next for you. Cancel anytime.
Mountain Ambition is your entry into Mtn Edge PRO — a typically $79/mo membership that continues after the 12-week program with additional seasonal programming, monthly content, and community.
You're not just buying a program, you're joining an annual training system. Finish the 12-week program, stay for the full year, or cancel anytime. Your call.
Mtn Edge BASE gives you access to all DIY programs and will launch April 22nd. This is your new home for all self-directed / DIY programming. Perfect if you want to move at your own pace with no set schedule. No perks. Just solid, straightforward programming for whatever season you're training for.
Everyone in Mountain Ambition starts together on April 20th - that's what makes the group experience work. If April 20th doesn't work for you, Mtn Edge BASE - it's self-directed, and it includes access to all DIY programs on your own timeline, start whenever you're ready.
Programming will be based on access to full gym equipment, but minimal equipment and bodyweight alternatives are provided if you are traveling or need to do a session at home!
No problem! This program is designed to fit your winter schedule, even if you're off on a trip or logging multiple back-to-back days in the mountains.
The goal is to enhance your performance on the snow, not burn you out. That’s why we prioritize lower overall volume compared to pre-season, while still using subtle intensity increases, exercise variations, and a focus on maintaining strength and power.
If you're away for a week, don’t worry. The program is low-intensity enough to easily jump back in without losing progress.
With flexible, adjustable sessions and on-demand mobility & recovery options, you can stay fresh —no matter where you are or how busy your schedule gets.
All of your training sessions will be accessible at your fingertips via the Everfitt app. Through the app, athletes will receive feedback, log data, view progress, & plan for future training sessions.
This is NOT a program for those who are injured. If you are currently dealing with chronic pain or recovering from an injury, 1:1 coaching is the best program fit for you. Reach out for more details.
The mobility sessions willl be about 15 minutes. The strength sessions could take 45 min-1 hour.
