Lay the groundwork for a strong, resilient body. In this phase, you’ll build strength and master proper landing mechanics, preparing your body for more sport-specific movements. After 4 weeks of building your foundation, it’s time to ramp up the intensity with training tailored to your skiing or snowboarding style.

This program isn’t about doing all the things. It’s about smart, intentional sessions that build shred strength, explosive power, and the stamina to crush all-day laps. Everything is designed to actually transfer to skiing and snowboarding, so you move sharper, ski and ride harder, and feel stronger on the mountain.

12-Week Strength + Endurance Program
A a structured program to help you crush your summer mountain pursuits. Mountain athletes who already have a solid foundation in strength training and feel confident with basic movements like lunges, deadlifts, and presses.
