Frequently Asked Questions  


  • How do I access the workouts?

    All workouts can be accessed through the Train Heroic training app via smartphone. The training app will include videos for each exercise and the ability to comment/upload videos to check in on form as needed. 

  • How many workouts will I get each week?

    It depends! Your training program will be created to fit your lifestyle, goals, and individual needs. If your schedule changes with work, stress, competition, ect.., weekly programming will be updated accordingly. 

  • Is there a time commitment for this program?

    YES! There is a 3 month minimum committment for 1:1 coaching due to the process needed for physiological and behavioral changes to occurr. 

  • Can I do this if I am injured?

    It depends! If you are cleared from PT but still working through nagging pains, your programming will be built to ensure you are training safely and pain free as you progress. If I think you need to go see a PT, I may suggest that before getting started. It is out of my scope of practice to diagnose and treat an injury.  


    If you need PT referrals, I GOT YOU! 




  • Is nutrition coaching included?

    Baseline nutrition coaching is discussed to help optimize your results, however, I am not a registered dietian. If you are looking for a specific meal plan and in depth guidance, I will refer you out to my nutrition partner Makayla Meixner, who is a sport performance registered dietian. 

  • Do you help with fat loss?

    I want to be clear that this type of coaching IS NOT for those looking for fat loss and body recomposition. We will focus on performance goals first. Aesthetics may follow but they are not the main goal and you should have other intrinsic motivations to train rather than aesthetics. 


    If you are looking for this type of training, reach out, I can refer you out to another trusted professional! 

  • Can I do less than a 3 month committment?

    No. This type of coaching is a 3 month commitment at a minimum. Change takes time. Most athletes I work with train with me for 6+ months. This also depends on if you are a competitive vs. recreational athlete.
