Whats UP, IG fam👋 It’s been a bit since I’ve done an intro post so Im dropping in on ya to share a bit about me, my come up, and fun facts🎉 WHY NOT.
At just 17, I knew I wanted to get into strength & conditioning. I actually traveled 2 hours to a S & C conference in Baltimore and was shocked when I was 1 of 5 other women in a sea of aging, bald, beefed-up white men🤷🏻♀️
I started my career at 18, scrubbing floors with ex-convicts at a local Gold’s Gym. Fast forward a few years and I became a group exercise instructor, specializing in strength & boxing classes. From there, I got my B.S. in Exercise Science, strength & conditioning specialist cert., and then moved to Utah from the east coast to work with skiers & snowboarders!
Once in Utah, I bounced around a bit, teaching strength, parkour, & big air classes, ski bummmmin’ a bit, and then eventually leading & managing a sports performance facility in the Park City area.
2020 was the year the world stood still and I jumped to create Mountain Edge Performance. Since then, I’ve created the legendary Strength To Shred program and have helped hundreds of skiers & riders of all disciplines get strong, return to snow post injury, & ride pain free.
It has been the most wonderful (and hella challenging) journey.
Fun Facts:
💥I was a ski instructor for over 5 years.
