Injury Assessment & Protocol

How It Works

Mobility restrictions & strength deficiencies can result in strains, chronic pain, or season ending ACL injuries that can cost thousands of dollars and months of missed time on the snow.

This assessment has been built to quickly pinpoint your restrictions & weaknesses before giving you the exact exercises you need to start targeting those areas.

01

TEST

The Injury Risk Assessment will guide you through 5 tests to identify major weaknesses or restrictions that can increase your risk of injury on the mountain.

02

REVIEW

Look at the green light criteria on each testing page to see how your testing results match up.

03

TARGET

If you did not meet or exceed the green light criteria, add the corrective exercises to your weekly routine. The corrective exercises are designed to strengthen each restriction and weakness.

04

IMPLEMENT

Follow the corrective exercises for 4-6 weeks and then retest to see your progress over time!

What's Up!

I'm Liz, a skier and snowboarder who enjoys dropping cliffs on pow days, park laps in the sunshine, and fresh turns in the backcountry.

Professionally, I am a strength & performance coach who has worked with recreational & competitive skiers + snowboarders over the last 10 years.

Throughout my coaching career, I have conducted hundreds of injury risk assessments to help athletes optimize their training, reduce risk of injury, and get out of chronic pain cycles.

The 5 moves curated in this assessment are based on the MOST popular weaknesses & restrictions I see in both skiers & snowboarders.
