What's Up! I'm Liz

A High Performance Coach Who Skis & Snowboards

I founded Mountain Edge Performance in 2020 with a mission to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach to training for skiers, snowboarders, and mountain athletes who want to push their limits while building resilience against pain and injury.

 

Strength is protective, and preparing your body for the specific demands of skiing, snowboarding, and mountain pursuits is key to long-term longevity and enjoyment in the mountains.

Since then, I’ve developed programs like Strength to Shred, Mtn Ambition, and Return to Sport Coaching, helping hundreds of athletes across all disciplines get stronger, recover from injury, and perform at their best—pain-free.
