I'm Liz!

A Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach Who SHREDS


I founded Mountain Edge Performance in 2020 with a goal of providing a holistic approach to training for skiers & riders who want to push progression & build resiliency against pain and injuries. Strength is protective and if you want to bounce back from flare ups & tweaks that inevitably come up, preparing your body for the specific demands of skiing and snowboarding is key to longevity. After all, we all want to shred as long as possible in this life, am I right?


 Since 2020, I've created the Strength To Shred program and have helped hundreds of skiers & riders of all disciplines get strong, return to snow post injury, & ride pain free. Alongside online group training programs, I also work with athletes individually to create customized plans, monitor fatigue levels, and strategize schedules that fit their lifestyle.

I thought I knew how to train, until I started the STS program with Liz. What we've done in 2 months would have taken me 6 on my own. I will 100% come back to this program every winter!
