MTN Recovery Session

I'm Liz

After working with hundreds of skiers & snowboarders over the last 10 years, I'm 100% convinced that recovery is just as important as strength, snow skills, and equipment, in order to stay healthy & continue pushing progression.


I originally recorded this recovery session for Mtn Edge skiers and riders who are currently training with me to stay resilient throughout the winter & recover quickly in between days on the snow.


You don't have to struggle with fatigue, stiff, sore, muscles, and nagging pains after hitting the mountain.


You just need to implement small recovery sessions into your week like this one. 


Cheers to feeling good and spending more time in the mountains this winter.
